Public Service Announcement (from our favorite Johns Hopkins Registered Nurse)

Article by Naomi Shimura | Founding Board Member | Johns Hopkins RN

Hi BreatheFree family!

I hope that everyone is staying safe during this chaotic time in our world. The COVID-19 virus can be passed from person to person by close contact through coughing or sneezing. It can stay in your body for 14 days without signs but you can still give the virus to other people during this time without being sick yourself.

The best way to keep yourself, your family, and other people safe during this time is to stay away from public places, wash your hands, and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

The links below from credible sources can offer more information (in multiple languages). Please reach out to BreatheFree if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help you out!
